Professional Applicator: Full-Time Seasonal

Atwood Farm Supplies is a progressive ag-retailer serving farmers in Mid-Western Ontario from our location near Donegal (Just outside Listowel). We supply Crop Inputs including – Fertilizer, Crop Protection, Seed and related Agronomy and Custom Application Services to our customers. We are looking to add a professional applicator for our 2026 season.

The successful candidate will have the following skill set:

Farm equipment experience
Basic maintenance skills

Key Job Elements:

Work with agronomy team to provide custom application services of both fertilizer and crop protection products efficiently and accurately for our customers.
Operate a fleet of modern application equipment using GPS technology to professionally apply products in time sensitive manner.
Ability to work overtime hours to ensure timely applications.
Accurate recording of all applications, and maintenance activities.
Assist in providing Agronomic services – tissue sampling, soil sampling, pre-side dress nitrate tests, and pest trap monitoring when needed.
Assist with shipping and receiving of bulk fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products.
Interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
Take a pro-active approach with respect to maintaining equipment in top working order and general maintenance of facilities.
