Agronomy Team

At Atwood Farm Supplies Ltd., we have two certified agronomists on staff, each equipped with the expertise and knowledge to support your farm’s success. Our agronomists stay up to date with the latest agricultural advancements, ensuring they can offer you the most current and effective solutions. Whether it’s recommending top crop varieties, discussing fertilizer and chemical applications, or providing strategies for managing diseases and weeds, our team is dedicated to helping you achieve the highest levels of productivity and sustainability on your farm.


Archie Wilson 

Archie was raised on a farm in Dufferin County east of Grand Valley. He graduated from the University of Guelph in 1987 with a Diploma in Agriculture. Archie attained his CCA designation in 1998 and has worked in the Ontario Agribusiness sector for his entire career. He has held various sales, operations and management roles in Crop Inputs, Grain, and Seed businesses. He has served on the boards of the Canadian Seed Trade and International Seed Federation, helping to advance Ontario agriculture. 

Archie’s experince in retail Crop Inputs include all aspects of crop production including, operating custom application equipment, field scouting, and crop input recommendations. Archie and his wife Lisa live on a farm just west of Harriston, where they have raised their two daugthers.


Kyle Coghlin

Kyle was born and raised in the Atwood area and has cash cropped with his father Ric for the past several years while also offering custom spraying services. He has received his Certified Crop Advisor designation and also has a Mechanical Engineering Technology Degree.

Kyle, his wife Lyndsay and their children, Owen, Emma, and Reed, live on their farm outside of Atwood.
